POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some life stories deserves a special place on the wall❤️
It was such a pleasure seeing this beautiful family’s magazine article about their journey to parenthood come to life in print and framing.

The warmth of the natural timber and print in crisp, white, black and neutrals gives it a timeless finish. A beautiful piece for us to frame.

Doing your rehab but not seeing results? It’s probably one of these 👇

1. No structured plan
2. Not progressive/challenging enough
3. Treating the symptom, not the cause

A recap from last week’s @drummondgolf Charity Day at @concord_golf_club ⛳

A great day on the course in support of Lifeline Australia, with great competition and even better company!

Guess your carry distance. Win a $400 golf bag. Our launch monitor made sure there was no arguing.

Thank you to everyone who turned up🏌️

Jack’s tip for golfers dealing with back pain 👇

Lower back pain before, during, or after a round is something Jack sees all the time - and it’s rarely just about the back itself.

Often, it comes down to how well you can control your pelvis and how your body moves into and out of your golf posture. Instead of forcing golfers into a “perfect” swing, Jack focuses on understanding how your body moves and then building a swing around that.

Pain doesn’t always mean dysfunction - it’s often a signal that something deeper needs attention.

If you’re a golfer struggling with recurring back pain or feeling limited in your swing, this kind of biomechanics-led approach can be a game changer. And it’s exactly the kind of specialised work we love seeing happen inside Gathr.

“For a practitioner, you really can’t ask for more.”

Jack, a biomechanics-focused chiropractor, chose Gathr for the accessibility, location and facilities - but what really stands out for him is the ability to move seamlessly from treatment to movement.

From high-quality treatment beds straight into a quiet, purpose-built gym, Jack can work on biomechanics and movement patterns without the noise, crowds, or distractions of a public gym.

Just a calm, professional space designed specifically for therapy-led work.

If you’re a practitioner opening a new clinic - or growing into a new space - this is exactly the environment Gathr was built for.
