I honestly have no words. ❤️

Every year, saying goodbye gets a little harder as the athletes I’ve trained for years head off to college. This year is different. I started at Impact when this group were freshmen in high school, and now they’re taking the next step in their journey.

Watching them grow—not just as athletes, but as people—has been one of the greatest parts of this career. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day and to work with such incredible athletes like these ones!

So proud of each and every one of you. ❤️

Check out Jacks testimonial about training with Impact. Jack has been training with us for a few years now and has been working really hard to prepare for playing college soccer next year. Thank you for being a part of our Impact family!

“Impact has become a special environment for me because it is structured around improvement in every aspect. From the moment I began training there, the goal of pushing and improving athletes in every way possible was very clear. The genuine care and intention to detail everywhere was very apparent. Every trainer prioritizes development in a way that is challenging, advantageous, sustainable, and most of all, safe. This consistent commitment to helping people improve not only physically, but in their confidence, is one of the primary reasons I value my time at Impact so highly. The welcoming nature is another defining strength of Impact. The trainers are highly knowledgeable, but what distinguishes them is how approachable they are. They operate not only as coaches but as trusted friends in the process, taking the time to understand goals, learning styles, and motivations. Their ability to build genuine bonds makes the environment significantly more engaging. You feel supported, understood, and encouraged, which helps with my performance and my commitment. I would describe the environment as structured, but never systematic, rather it promotes focus and consistency, and overall improvement. Impact is a place of consistent and positive momentum, always keeping the ball rolling and putting the first foot forward. For these reasons, Impact is more than just a training location. It is a well run and motivating community that supports meaningful improvement and keeps me committed and addicted to training.”
