Part 2 of the Edwards in Italy.
We took a train from Rome to Florence and stayed in an Airbnb that was built in the 13th century! The stairs were like climbing into a tree house,
straight up.🤗
We had a lovely few days here seeing Michelangelo’s Statue of David, Brunelleschi’s iconic dome atop the Duomo, walking over the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, seeing the Palazzo Vecchio, along with lots of gelato, affogato at the famous Vivoli cafe, pasta, fish and Florentine steak. What a treat!
Next stop: SARDINIA. 🌊
