First ever prep & bodybuilding show in the books.

@battle4eagle
🥈Wellness Junior
🥉Wellness True Novice

I want to take this time to thank my coach @carolynhudsonharris for believing in me through all the ups and downs of prep and for being my guidance throughout my first prep and competition.

Thank you to my Ohana that have supported me throughout my prep and this journey even from miles away back at home. Thank you to the NPC @npcoregon for giving us first time athletes opportunities like this, I am so grateful & feel so blessed to be able to compete in this sport.

Mahalo ke akua for being my strength when I was doubtful, tired, & physically drained. My first competition will be one I will never forget and I will be taking time off to reflect and let my body rest for a period of time before deciding if this is a road I would like to continue on.

Lawe i ka maʻalea a kuʻonoʻono.
Acquire skill and make it deep. (Work hard and practice long until it becomes a part of you). 🤍

PEAK WEEK 🐺

My first bodybuilding competition is approaching, and I'm filled with gratitude reflecting on this incredible journey. God has been a pillar for me even throughout prep, giving me the strength to push forward even when energy was scarce. Huge thanks to my coach @carolynhudsonharris for being my mentor and guiding me through this process. I feel empowered, blessed, and ready to soak up every moment of this experience. 🤍
