What do you take from one practice into the next?

C4 SOUL connects four moves:
Spark your curiosity.
Take ownership of your practice.
Build unity with your teammates.
Learn from the experience.

This is one way Sixty7 applies IJEEZE’s C4 SOUL framework to flag football. The practice example in this carousel is illustrative.

Save it for your next session, or share it with a coach or teammate. Which question would help your team most right now?

Success is never a solo sport. 🏈✨

It starts at the grassroots level — in the questions asked, the lessons shared, the reps repeated, and the people willing to pour into the next generation.

This moment from Plae Wyatt’s Dallas camp is a reminder that development begins long before the spotlight. It begins with access, guidance, competition, and community.

At Sixty7, we’re crafting stories beyond the game. From our signing of Plae Wyatt to Anjola Oketola’s journey through the NFL International Player Pathway program, we understand that potential is more than talent. It’s a blend of skill, mentorship, partnership, and strategic opportunity.

Different journeys. One belief: excellence is cultivated with intention.

Because success is not built alone. It is engineered through relentless work, smart decisions, and the right people helping shape the road ahead.

What we sow into athletes today becomes the legacy they carry tomorrow.

**More than an athlete. More than the game.**
