LAST WEEK ✌🏼

And the first week fully back at it post stomach infection. It’s always such a reality check when your health gets impacted to that degree. Two weeks not being able to keep food down and bed bound 🥴

However this last week was 10/10, body responding well, food going back up, sleep improved (I wasn’t getting any before) and even dared to go out and hit @wingfestuk with @bestmeatuk1 @danroberts87 @jackfletcherssayless and the rest of the team 🍗…. But 26 wings deep and though I best call it a day.

🗓️ Monday and ready for another 100mph week💯.

I appreciate the concerns of people but I take all the precautions supplements, blood work and regular health checks. There was people who were worried about my health when I was drinking everyday and for those people I’m forever grateful but everyone else, just focus on you 🫡

Looking back…
There were moments in the forces where I was deep in situations most people couldn’t imagine. Chaos. Pressure. Darkness. I’ve seen it. Lived it.

But those experiences didn’t break me they forged a mindset that refuses to fold. A mindset trained to stay calm in storms, focused under fire, and locked in on solutions, not problems.

That same military mindset is what helped me build multiple successful businesses from the ground up and more importantly, guide my mentees to crush their own goals too.

No matter what life throws at you, you can train your mind to rise above the noise.

Laser focus. Relentless action. That’s the edge.

Choose your hard.

Waking up early, dragging yourself to the gym, tracking your meals, staying consistent, it’s all hard.

But so is looking in the mirror and not liking what you see.

So is running out of breath climbing stairs.

So is living in regret because you didn’t take care of yourself.

One leads to progress. The other leads to pain.

Either way! I t’s hard.

Choose the one that pays you back.

💬 Comment below: which “hard” are you choosing today?
