Monday - Easy aerobic

Tuesday - Strength & conditioning

Wednesday - Easy/tempo running + stations

Thursday - Strength & Conditioning

Friday - Rest day

Saturday - Hybrid running

Alternating between hard and easy days is the best way to build training volume.

An increase in training volume leads to adaptation, which leads to a faster race time.

Train smart.

First week of the small group sessions. Tempo runs with race pace ERGs. Speed, splits, and watts are all prescribed using the data from our baseline testing. No guesswork.

A HYROX race is 70% running with two ERGs. Get efficient at mixing those together, and the race becomes more manageable.
