You deserve workouts that look like this. 🤍

The giggles.
The imperfection moments.
The snack breaks.
The babies playing.
The toddlers copying your squats.
The community of moms cheering each other on.

Because motherhood shouldn’t be the reason you stop taking care of yourself—it should be the reason you find a way that works.

Our Mommy & Me classes are built for real life. No childcare. No pressure. Just movement, community, and a whole lot of grace.

Come as you are. Bring your little ones exactly as they are. We’ll take care of the rest. 💛

Tag a mama who needs to know she doesn’t have to choose between her workout and her kids. 👇

Good food, good wine, good plants, and a couple hours that are entirely about you. This Saturday on the farm. 🌿

We’re throwing a Wellness Party and we want you there. Think flower fields, a glass of wine or mocktail from Passiflora Springs, Mexican Street Food from Vaya, and the kind of slow, sunny morning you keep meaning to give yourself.

Live music from Scott & Rosanna from 1-3pm. Food trucks will provide delicious sips and bites. And if you want to make it a full experience, join us for an Aromatherapy Bowl Planter workshop, Yoga with Jackhammer Fit, or our Barre3 + Bouquets class.

Your to-do list will still be there on Sunday. Take time for yourself this weekend and spend it somewhere beautiful. 🌺

→ Register for workshops + see everything at our link in bio.

Seven-figure CEOs don’t argue with a new idea. They ask how to make it work for them.

That’s it. That’s the whole difference.

The tiny stuff you’ve been talking yourself out of — the follow-up you skip, the offer you’re scared to make, the policy you won’t enforce — that’s not “not a big deal.” That’s five figures in profit you’re leaving on the table because it felt uncomfortable.

Six-figure owners protect their comfort.

Seven-figure owners protect their bottom line.

This week’s podcast episode is full of small micro actions you can take in your business to add 5 figures of profit to your bottom line.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself saying “my clients would never go for that. #boutiquefitnessstudio #pilatesstudio #boutiquefitness #ptbiz

Today, my little girl brought her baby to Mommy & Me while I showed up for myself. And honestly… that’s exactly what I hope my kids remember.

They’re watching us choose movement.
They’re watching us take care of ourselves.
They’re learning that moms matter too.

That’s why I love this community so much. We don’t wait until we have childcare or the perfect schedule. We show up together.

And our littles get to grow up seeing what taking care of yourself looks like.

Come join us next Tuesday.
Drop a ❤️ in the comments, and I’ll send you all the details!

What started as a vision for a mom and kid friendly workout space has become one of my favorite communities. 🤍

This month has been so special.

We’ve worked hard, taken class outside, watched our little ones make friends, and created a space where moms can move their bodies while feeling seen, supported, and encouraged for again another month.

To every mom who has shown up week after week… thank you.

Thank you for trusting me, for bringing your little ones, for cheering each other on, and for making Tuesday mornings something we all look forward to.

Watching the kids run to their friends while the moms build friendships of their own is something I’ll never take for granted.

I’m just so grateful for this community. Here’s to many more mornings of movement, motherhood, and doing life together. 🤍

Want info!?! I’d love to chat! Drop me the word MOM below!

A workout that works with motherhood, not against it. 🤍

Because let’s be honest… when your workout partner is under 4 feet tall, finding time to take care of yourself can feel impossible.

That’s exactly why we created Mommy & Me at JHF.

No childcare. No pressure. No need to wait for the “perfect” season.

Just a chance to move your body, fill your cup, and show your little ones what taking care of yourself looks like.

Join us Tuesdays and come as you are. Your little workout buddy (or buddies) is welcome too.

Mommy & Me was never just about finding another workout.

It was about finding a place where both mom and child are welcomed. 🤍

A place where you can move your body, build strength, and take care of yourself—without needing childcare and without worrying if your little one is making noise.

Tomorrow at 10:20 AM at Jackhammer Fitness, we’re getting our workout in with our littles right by our side.

Because motherhood and fitness don’t have to compete—they can go hand in hand. 💪👶

Drop WORKOUT in the comments and I’ll send you the link to get signed up!

💗 A place for moms. A place for our littles. 💗

No childcare.
No pressure.
No stress.

Just a community of moms moving their bodies while our little ones play, laugh, and make friends alongside us.

Come exactly as you are—we’ll meet you there.
