One thing I try to BEAT into every single one of my students heads while they stage plan - GUN UP EARLY, GUN UP OFTEN. Remember kids- If you stay ready you don’t have to get ready 😁
.
I’m trying my best to stay on the Gun unless I’m sprinting, reloading, or HAVE to take a hand off (SHO, open a door, etc). Sooner Not Faster is always the way.

It’s been a minute since I’ve straight up WIPED OUT on a stage 😂😂 might need a little more salt out here lol but it’s nice to know how subconscious safety is when you’re running full speed with guns, and being able to stay composed enough to finish strong…even in front of your entire Class.
Then Ran it again for a 10.45 HF to make sure I still got it 😂
