Just wrapped up 8 days in the US and Texas spending time in the US fitness market

It wasn’t about ticking boxes, it was about getting in the room, seeing how things are actually being delivered, and pressure testing our own standards against what’s out there. Not from a “better or worse” lens, but from a clarity standpoint on where we’re strong and where we can keep evolving.

There’s a LOT I’m taking away from this. Different approaches to programming, class structure, and overall experience and more importantly, how we can refine what we do to keep raising the standard across the network.

I’ve also genuinely loved the way of life over here, there’s a lot to take in, and part of me doesn’t want to leave.

But the family’s calling, and I’m looking forward to getting back to them more than anything ever.

Excited to roll this into what’s next and put the head down for the next few months and keep building 👊🏼

Celebrating my birthday the only way that feels right 🤍

Lagree has been my greatest teacher in my 20s. Slow, controlled, intentional. Strength built through tension. Never rushed. Never forced.

Turning 30 grounded in discipline, committed to growth, and ready for everything still unfolding in and out of the studio. 💫
