“When things happen that shouldn’t, we often stop trusting ourselves.”

If you have experienced people pleasing, self doubt, insecurities, controlling relationships, boundaries being crossed, being unsure of yourself…

If you have some time then I’d recommend watching this conversation between Jackie and I. Jackie and I quickly go deeper and deeper into discussions that I’m sure if you relate to the above statement you’ll get lots out of listening.

@jackieflowerspirit has a playful, calm and poetic way of story telling which I believe compliments the way I interact ✨ see for yourself ☺️

We are looking forward to gathering on Sunday to begin a new twice-monthly rhythm of devotional songs and chants, meditation and ceremony.

This is a way to deepen into the cultural and spiritual elements of the grief tending journey – singing together, taking part in simple rituals, and feeling part of a heart-centred community. If this calls to you, it would be lovely to see you there.

Save the dates:

🎶12 October - 4 to 5.30pm
🍂26 October - 4 to 6pm (with ceremony)
🙏🏻 9 November - 4 to 5.30pm
🪉23 November - 4 to 6pm (with ceremony)
💙7 December - 4 to 5.30pm (venue tbc)

We’ll be holding our own sorrows and the pain of the world in a place of prayer, opening our hearts to receive inspiration, guidance and support, and offering up a song of praise for this one precious life.

Type COMMUNION if you’d like us to send you more info.

Hey there, remember me?
It's been a while....

I've had time out to recharge and do some of my own healing and restoring as well as having glorious times away.

I'm feeling very nourished and super inspired after my latest time away to @medicinefestival.

What an absolute treat and reminder of what's really important, what really matters

And so... back I come, back to the real world, back to work next week, back to doing what I can in my own way to make the world a better place ... supporting others into a better place of health.

September is almost here, let's go gently. Easing into this fresh start and new phase of the year.

Slowing down and letting the medicine we're seeking have the chance to find us.

‘When I was experiencing debilitating migraines and deep despair in my early 20s I didn’t know that I was on the threshold of something wonderful. All I knew was that I wanted to feel better, and I wanted to understand why life felt so painful and difficult.

Looking back now, I can see that it was a wake-up call; the beginning of a transformational journey from pain to love. But I didn’t know that then, I just wanted to find the ‘answer’; some magical solution that would make the physical and emotional pain go away and stop it from coming back.’

Auction open today 10am!!

After spending years surrounded by the wild untouched beauty of nature, I’ve grown incredibly close to the land. Nothing gets to me more than to see any part of it suffering, whether it’s someone’s home or the vast wilderness itself.

I truly believe that our beautiful Earth loves us deeply and desires a heartfelt connection with us. We’re not just living on this planet; we’re a part of its sacred essence, just as precious as the land under our feet.

Having spent 12 years exploring the wild moors, ancient stone circles, and living on a wild cliffside wilderness, I’ve felt this incredible bond with Earth’s living, loving consciousness. It’s clear to me now more than ever that the Earth is here to support us, cherish us, and engage with us in a vibrant, active relationship.

Our Earth doesn’t just share our joy; it also bears our pain and traumas. But here’s the beautiful part: it can also help us heal, if we know the way.

Through my adventures—whether it’s meditating in stone circles, trekking miles upon miles, or simply tuning in to the whispers of the streams and stones—I’ve discovered that I can merge my healing skills with the Earth’s energy to help release and heal trauma stuck in the land, which, in turn, affects those living on it.

From a healer feeling exhausted in a client’s home to homes that just wouldn’t sell for no apparent reason, offices that frazzle the brain, and lands aching from historical traumas—inviting Earth’s energies into the picture has changed the game with incredible outcomes.

Tag a friend who loves the land.

Let’s connect, heal, and cherish the land together. 💖

This is for you if you love an adventure in consciousness, have tried everything else (I can be good for when nothing else works 😉) or you adore the Earth and are keen to help heal any trauma trapped there.

Bidding opens at 10am on 17th March, funds to @reemharazin gofundme 🍉

Original post shared from @palestinianhustle because we thought you’d like to meet beautiful creative soul @reemharazin. The Arts, Heart & Soul auction we’ve organised is raising funds for the gofundme campaign to help Reem’s family find safety and sanctuary in Egypt (link in bio @reemharazin & @wildecara).

This is what @palestinianhustle has to say….

‘5 years ago we connected with the purest and most beautiful soul in the world @reemharazin from Gaza. Despite enduring the relentless hardships of a brutal military occupation throughout her entire existence, she has embraced life with unwavering love and embraced joy in every moment. She was always in the happiest mood, despite living in an open-air prison.

Reem designed our famous Stronger Together shirt, which took months to create because Reem’s internet and electricity were turned on and off all the time by the Israelis.

The collaborative process spanned months, navigating these challenges of intermittent internet and electricity disruptions and bouts of heavy bombings in Gaza

Reem defied these conditions by crafting a profoundly impactful piece of art. Like many people of Gaza, Reem has refused to let these conditions impede her artistic pursuits and passions. The people of Gaza, despite constrained and unimaginable circumstances, continue to showcase remarkable talent, exemplifying what could be achieved in a world free of constraints. But on October 23, Reem’s home, her dreams, her life’s work, her room and her haven were blown up by Israel.’

Please do like, comment and share this post in your stories. It all helps. We know that posts which centre Palestinian people, their plight, and their brilliance get suppressed so every time you share it makes a difference. Thank you. 🙏🏻
