🚐 From artist development and touring realities to management structures, representation and long-term growth, this session is designed for honest conversation and peer-to-peer learning.

🇧🇷 Leticia van Riel
Founder of LvR Management, currently working with Sama’ Abdulhadi and for Graphite Music on Miss Monique career. With nearly two decades in the industry, Leticia has worked with leading names in global electronic music and also runs a mentoring programme for emerging artists and DJs.

🇻🇪 Rafael Rodríguez
🎧 DJ, producer, promoter, booker and A&R deeply connected to the Latin and European electronic scenes. Founder of MAZO CLUB and A&R/Booker at Raso Estudio.

🇬🇧 Maarten Puddy
🔊 Founder of VOWTA Management and artist manager working across electronic music, live acts and visual artists. He manages artists including Ciel, SHADED and Secretsundaze.

🇿🇦 Jackie Queens
💫 Zimbabwean-born house vocalist, entrepreneur and founder of Bae Electronica. Jackie is also co-director of shesaid.so South Africa and manager of DJ DESIREE.

🇩🇪 Nikolai Serda
🎼 Founder and co-owner of iGNITE! Music, a management and booking agency based in the Netherlands working across genres from pop and urban to classical and dance. Nikolai focuses on building sustainable long-term careers, guiding artists through strategic development, live growth and release planning.

My 2025 recap came a little late, but here it is. 🫰

I always knew that my first time at South Africa will be special and it was… it’s been ages that I study and have so much passion and respect for SA culture and music and we’re so similar, that’s why I felt so much at home!

Thank you so much @mminomusic @desiree_rsa @jackiequeens to take so good care of me and deliver such an epic party!! It was my absolute pleasure!!!!

Thanks so much for everybody that send me a message, take me to a lunch, show me empathy and took a time to give me love, it means a lot for me and that’s why I make and love so much what I do.

Thanks to @one_park_cpt / @_tonijah_ for have me also and dance with me in this full circle moment. I will remember forever.
