🚨🏀 “I DON’T HIRE YES MEN OR YES WOMEN.”

Coach made THAT clear. 👀

If you’re on her staff, she doesn’t want you sitting there agreeing with everything she says.

“I WANT YOU TO CHALLENGE ME.”

💡 Bring your OWN ideas.
📈 Have your OWN goals.
🔥 Be self-motivated.
🗣️ SPEAK UP.

Why?

Because if you’re constantly trying to make YOURSELF better...

You’re going to make HER better.

And ultimately make the PROGRAM better. 💯

That’s the culture she’s building at Queens.

And when the opportunity came to help build something from the ground up?

She couldn’t pass it up.

“Queens is a hidden gem. It’s a sleeping giant.”

Through the transition, changes and growing pains, Coach believes she was MADE for this challenge.

“I WAS BUILT FOR THIS.” 😤🔥

🎥 Hear more about her leadership philosophy and the vision behind building Queens:
