If you wanna be hurt, be hurt, Boo ❤️‍🩹

Nah for real tho, accepting uncomfortable truths like @kiergaines talks about is radically accepting where you are. If we on some low shyt, fine; that’s ok. The power lies in choosing where we go next. 🚀

What a time to be alive. Music premiere while at a concert.

Listening to your music live on the radio in one ear, with Durand Bernarr going absolutely dumb in my other ear live in the amphitheater was a wildly dope experience. He’s a menace on the mic and somebody you gotta go see live once in your life just to say you did. He’s an entertainer’s entertainer.

Getting to hear Dixson live was crazy. Bro really bout that singing life. Might be the best vocalist/pen combo the game has ever seen. Argue with your folks.

Kehlani did what Kehlani does. Brought a production and some super chill vibes to the city. She’s what R&B needs right now. I hope she dominates the pop Rnb genre for a while.

This was an unforgettable experience for me. It has me inspired and looking forward to creating some unforgettable moments of my own this Thursday.

If you were at Saints in 2018 for my last Live EP Show, you know what it is, and if you STILL haven’t bought tickets yet, shame on you. You should know better.

Tickets in links in bio. GoFundMe is there too. God is so good and everything He provides, He does in the time it was ordained. If He’s pulling you to do something right now, DO IT. I’M A LIVING TESTIMONY.

PS. Go look up @taylordeneenofficial ASAP and stream everything she has… okay byeeeeee ✌🏾

We become like the ones we do life with ~ us just out here growing exponentially in JOY, faith, audacity and the wild freedom & grace found in true identity living! The treasure of @mavenesthers is the standard of women that naturally upgrade your life with who they are. 💜

The # of times I WEPT at the mere sight of these phenomenal women healing in the moment, playing like little girls, RESTING, & the bravest of sacrifices - allllll it took to LEAVE IT ALL & fly away for so much more than a “girls’ trip” for time - just for themselves - bc they know - or are finally realizing as Favored Daughters they 👏🏽 are 👏🏽worth 👏🏽the time, investment, attention and energy they give everyone else - THAT IS THE GOLD I get to see with my own eyes in these gorgeous faces & it will never get old!

Mavens Retreat 2026 ~ we really, finally went to Cali ~ & after about 7 different days of increments of time piecing it all together - and weeping again - I finally posted it, which means I’ve finally processed it lol and for that I’m celebrating! 🎉🎉🎉

BE human = FEEL ❤️‍🩹

Sounds easy enough…question:
How do you feel your big feelings? 🤔

Do you even know who controls you? 👀

It’s the person who’s outlook you value more than your own.
The person you agree with even when you really liked your answer.
We’ve all done it in our lives.
Becoming secure means only you and your Divinity hold your puppet strings.
Or at least being able to tell the truth about who holds them now. 👀

Women empowering women… but by the BEACH!🌊😭

From salty tears left on the sand in prayers to the super late night laughs, to the sweaty dance classes, and yummy meals…. every second was so precious.

I’m grateful for all the new memories and my new “primo” EZ🥹🥹

Cali… you have a piece of me FOREVER!🏙️
