That’s a wrap (for now!) on season one of People’s Next Red Carpet Reporter!!! The people are the best part of working here, and this show was the latest and greatest example of that.

I got a front row (perfectly lit) seat to watching the best crew of all time make something totally new, wholly original and so much fun. Julian, Maya, Danny, Corey, Phil, Marjorie, Mads, Sierra, O, Kara, Alex, Julia, and everyone in the crew taught me so much, like that you can do a really hard job on a really tight schedule while being kind, thoughtful and human. Our director Kyle kept it real while keeping our spirits high, with a crystal clear vision for a show that turned out entertaining as hell. Frank always had the perfect motivational speech that fired me up and made me cry. I really hope to work with them all again, and maybe then I’ll have the confidence to ask, “What does speeding mean?”

Thank you so much to the celeb judges, Charlotte, Janine and Leah for trusting me with this shot, and for your incredibly kind words in the finale. MC, you’re the Kris Jenner everyone deserves. My 7 castmates/comrades are ridiculously talented and will always be my perfect celebrities.

I’m so grateful to Jamie and my dad and my family and my friends and my alleged work friends (I think you know why) and Max for supporting me the whole way. My mom was there with me, she’s got a way of doing that. So let’s go to the Emmys!!!! I’m co-hosting some of our coverage with thee Janine Rubenstein?! Watch it all on @people. I got a spray tan for the occasion!
