Thought it would be fun to order an 11 foot outdoor blowup screen to watch scary movies in the month of October by the pool! Decided to use it for the first time last night to watch the Buffalo Bills! And yes, that is a blowup pool you see that we are sitting in. I put blankets down in it and lots of pillows. I did it to be comfortable, but also to protect us from any critters, snakes or spiders that crawl across my yard during the night. lol!

Happy 55th Birthday Chef Jamie Keating!!!

Today we celebrate the one and only Chef Jamie Keating at Epic Restaurant… our favorite NY Yankees loving Chef, the visionary behind our success, an amazing father of four, and, most importantly my wonderful husband.

Chef Jamie has spent more birthdays, feeding and celebrating other people than he has celebrating himself. (But that’s about to change).

Jamie is truly the hardest person I have ever known. He is selfless, generous and dedicated, and always willing to give everything to his family, his team, his guests, and his craft.

Thank you for leading our incredible team which such dedication and turning every meal into an unforgettable experience!

Jamie, you give so much of yourself to everyone around you, and today we hope you feel just how deeply you are loved and appreciated. As your wife, I will always be your number one fan, your biggest supporter, and the person most proud to stand beside you.

We love you, Chef!! Here’s to 55, to many more unforgettable meals, and adventures, and to finally celebrating the man who spends his life making every occasion special for everyone else!! ❤️

At EPIC, the experience is never limited to the dining table. Sometimes, our guests surprise us, inspire us...and even teach us a new trick or two.

We are especially grateful to a generous businessman who took a moment to help our host, Mr. Jack Keating—yes, the son of Chef Jamie and Melissa—perfect his tie using the distinguished Eldredge Knot.

This intricate, 15-step knot is tied entirely with the narrow end of the tie, creating a bold, braided effect reminiscent of a fishbone. Sophisticated, unexpected, and certainly memorable.

Hospitality is about meaningful connections, shared moments, and learning from one another.

How EPIC is that?

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Epic Restaurant!

Today we’re celebrating all the dads, granddads, father figures, and the families who love them.

We also had to share something pretty special: Chef Jamie Keating’s kids surprised him with a Father’s Day Cameo from Dan Patrick. Jamie listens to the Dan Patrick Show every single day on his way to work, so this one meant a lot.

There’s nothing better than knowing your kids are your biggest fans.

Happy Father’s Day, Chef Jamie and happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads out there!

For your entertainment… I’m one of those crazy moms who finds pure joy in making my kids do slightly embarrassing things for my own amusement. 😂
Because we were in Augusta at The Masters Tournament for Easter, I missed our annual adult Easter egg hunt, so I postponed it until Mother’s Day when I knew all my babies would be home together.
This year’s theme? Inflatable baby costumes.
Yes… I made all four of my grown children wear them while hunting for money-filled Easter eggs across the yard.
They will probably never forgive me for posting this video but honestly… it was absolutely worth it.
I love being a mom and getting to steer the ship on the one day of the year when nobody is allowed to tell me no. 😂
