Alex and Jack are currently having a wonderful time at Total Fitness, utilizing both the outdoor and indoor gym while staying comfortable in the air conditioning. They are enjoying quality time as a family, strengthening their bond and brotherhood.

2/18/26 Training

✅ 5 Mile Zone 2 Run

Another good run. Slow @ first. As I settled in, I wanted to speed up very bad. Leg durability is definitely getting better and I’m not nearly as fatigued in the lower body as much as before.

Pace got better as I went. Fastest (also most elevated) mile was the last. Feel like I’m scratching the surface with running… got A LOT deeper to go. Super excited to ramp it up.

‼️ Shoutout @jackmccrary3 for the vid!

👉 Went to bed at 3 AM last night because I was at an event. Skipped breakfast. Didn’t eat the best lunch. Pissed off about that. Better input sleep + nutrition wise would’ve led to a better result. But you live and you learn!

➡️ Tomorrow’s Training:

75 Min Zone 2 Ride

Knee PT

Maybe sprinkle in some more upper body work. May hit a heavy mobility day.

“Man… this one hits different. Proud of you, @jackmccrary3

Time truly flies when you’re having fun. Watching everything you’ve accomplished over the past 3½ years at Clemson University has been an incredible journey. Thank you for letting us be a part of it.

From the moment it all started back in 2020, it has been an honor to watch you grow, get to know you, and have you become part of our family.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

We love you, fam. 🙏🧡 #blessedwiththebest❤️ #blessedandhighlyfavored
