Of the 134 West Brunswick players who pulled on the boots yesterday across our six Round 1 matches, we welcomed a 33 Westies who ran out for the club for the very first time.

This included 7 new faces across our senior sides, and a whopping 12 (‼️) first gamers in the W3s with some playing their first game of footy ever.

A huge congratulations to each of our first gamers and a massive Welcome to West Brunswick from the entire club and West community to all of our new recruits. You’re in for a treat next week for your first WESTival!!

Westies - Help us find all our new besties by tagging them in the comments so we can follow them this season.

To our new Westies: don’t be shy - introduce yourselves in the comments letting us know which team you played in and where you’re from (whether you played yesterday or not!)
