Unbelievably proud of our team to pick up an award at the inaugural Greater Hobart Small Business Excellence Awards.

It was a privilege to attend with both Health and Leisure and Personal Best Fitness nominated, and a great opportunity for our team to connect, celebrate and enjoy the night together.

All the credit goes to our amazing staff and clients who make our businesses what they are. Their passion, professionalism and hard work make moments like this possible.

Anyone who has the courage to step into business has our respect. We know the challenges that come with backing yourself and building something.

A huge thank you to Business Greater Hobart for putting together an event that celebrates local businesses and the people behind them, and to Bec Thomas MLC for sponsoring such an important award and supporting our local business community.

Here’s to the boys of Health & Leisure 💪

Some of the hardest-working, most genuine men in the fitness industry. Proud Tassie locals who live and breathe sport.

Together, we’ve helped change thousands of lives across the state, delivering and installing world-class fitness equipment at an affordable price. From professional athletes and sporting clubs, to schools, corporates, first-timers and those chasing peak performance.

For an independent, family owned business to be the number one gym equipment and sporting goods store in Tasmania is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Passionate. Reliable. Community driven.
Cheers to a huge year 🍻

And let’s just say… 2026 is going to be something special. 🚀

Oceania Cup 🇦🇺 🇹🇴

To be selected to represent the green and gold at the Oceania cup was such an honour and a privilege. The memories made with the squad will always have a special place along side a very happy performance to debut for Aus.

Massive thank you to everyone who helped me along the way @thefitlab_highperformance and @marty.squad for prepping me in the gym and out on the track all the cold mornings down the range and late afternoons in the gym paid off so much!!

Bring on the 2026 season and all it has to offer !!
