Family Sunday run - 7K with some efforts:

Was meant to be 8, but the little one was losing it at the 7K mark and it was pissing rain so had to abort the last K. But 7Ks in the bag, Mama was running some heat out there. Running in the 4s is no joke.

11/10/26 will be a day I look back on with so much gratitude. So many moments, so many memories, and so much to be in awe of, not just what was accomplished, but the support, encouragement, and community that surrounded it all.

Running has taught me a lot. It’s taught me the importance of having a *why* behind what you do. It’s taught me that the days when no one is watching are often the ones that matter most. It’s taught me that dreams and goals are achievable when you’re willing to put in the work. It’s shown me just how incredible and supportive the running community is. And it’s taught me that you can be struggling mid-race and somehow still sign up for another one… haha.

I’m so grateful for everything this day held, and beyond proud of every single person who signed up, showed up, pushed through, and crossed that finish line. There’s something so special about watching people do things they once only dreamed of doing.

This is only the beginning. There’ll be another event, another goal, and another finish line to chase.

Until then, let’s keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep proving to ourselves what’s possible. 🫡

What a way to start a long weekend! 🏃🏼‍♀️☀️

Meeting so many new people, all out for the same thing, to enjoy this beautiful part of the world we get to call home and go for a run.

Three run clubs, one morning, and a whole lot of sweaty people who apparently think getting up early on a long weekend is a good idea 😂

So bloody cool seeing different running communities come together, have a laugh, make new friends and just enjoy running.

This is exactly what running is about. ❤️
