One last dance? 🇬🇧

Honoured to announce that I’ve been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2026 Lifesaving World Championships in South Africa, where I’ll once again have the privilege of captaining the team.

Every selection is special, and wearing the Union Jack is something I’ll never take for granted.

Time to get to work 🌍

4 years at Swansea Uni, 1 degree and a couple of meters swum. I’d like to thank @adambakercoach74 for everything he’s done for me, an awesome coach. In September I’ll be moving to Australia to try and further my swimming with @miamiswimmingclub

Wow! What an experience, filled with incredible people, unforgettable nights and memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of it! From the moment I arrived in Swansea, I knew I was going to have an amazing few years. From countless pints in The Mill, far too many nights in Bambu and everything in between, there has never been a shortage of fun and laughter with the boys. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of lads to share it all with and I’ll always be grateful for the friendships and memories made along the way. Thank you for having me Swansea! 💚💛

What a great result at Welsh Stillwaters for our Brighton representatives!!!!! A very special mention to Jack who won ALL of his individual events as well as a few relays. Izzy earned bronze in 100m tow and another in the medley relay with Edie. Indigo and Edie won the rope throw. Tegan and Emma earnt lots of new PBs and experience at their first Welsh Stillwaters. Well done team Brighton and thank you for letting us join you Team Crawley 💛💛

Very proud of our Brighton swimmer Jack who recently competed at the European Lifesaving Championships in Poland as part of team GB! He earned some amazing results including a bronze medal in the Open Men Rescue Tube Rescue. Well done Jack 🏅

Couldn’t be happier with how I raced in my first year in opens, coming home with a silver in the iron, gold in the board rescue with Bobby, gold in the taplin with the pookies and bronze in the tube rescue!

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped me progress the last few years; @iconsports.eu for the constant support and supplying me with the best skis and gear @aquasportinternational for the sickest board on the beach @oceansurfski.uk for teaching me how to stay upright on a ski! @snuggwetsuits for the comfiest and fastest wetsuits for racing and training @maroochydore.slsc for some awesome months of training over my winter and most importantly, keefyg73 @keithgammon @woolacombeslsc he’s the goat of the Borg scale 🤷‍♂️

Safe to say I’m only just getting started ⚡️
