Champagne Marguet, Ambonnay…

I always fall in love with family business, and this one is a fantastic one.

The ethos of the domaine is to work with biodynamic practices and certified (2008).

In 2010, Benoit decided to work the soil using the horse to contribute to the well-being of the earth.
At the cellar, the juices are carried out most of the time by gravity. As each cuvee are unique all the crus are vinified separately and ferment in individual barrels.

It is very unique to taste more than 11 styles and characters of Marguet’s vision – Purity and Precision
It looks like @nickollsperks team had a FUN.

48 hours to pay. Or it gets redrawn. ⏰
We entered a @nickollsperks competition and won the chance to buy one of the rarest bourbons on the planet at retail.
We paid and tracked that delivery obsessively. 📦
Worried 100 proof wasn’t going to be enough? Yes, but there is a lot of flavour packed into that 100 proof! Warm, deep, vanilla bomb that reminds us of something you normally only get with a dusty pour with enough oak to balance but not dry your mouth out.

Still pinching ourselves. 🙌
