"Witchcraft EP" is out NOW!🔮👁️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been almost 8 months since I joined @antiresort , back then with very rusty English (well… it’s still rusty, but definitely better haha), and I couldn’t be happier.

I wanted to share this letter with this incredible family and, of course, with my team, which has become something truly special to me.

To commemorate these almost 8 months, I wanted to share some of my favorite things about being on-site 🫶

1. I definitely love how much we care about animals. Watching the chickens and peacocks 🦚 casually walking around the hotel will never get old. I also love how deeply our mission is connected to giving back to the community, especially after everything this place and its people have given us as a company here in Mizata.

2. I love looking at the ocean from our beautiful yoga shalas. I’m always amazed by the raw beauty that surrounds us. There’s something about being surrounded by that kind of nature that inspires and fuels everything we do.

3. I love ending my day by walking barefoot on the beach. Mizata is one of those special lands shaped by ancient volcanoes, and there’s something incredibly grounding about walking here, feeling your worries slowly drain away and that healing energy running through you.

4. And I definitely love eating pupusas at Casona Tunan, sitting by the pool and just enjoying a quiet moment of complete relaxation.

But more than anything, I love that I found these amazing people and a place that makes me genuinely proud to belong.

Gracias, Mizata. ❤️‍🩹

Hey guys
I made you a mixtape!
Really, its two mixtapes
With a little extra 🤗

Conceptually
This is nothin too deep
Just good tunes
Built like I would for a studio-style set
Not lead by crowd response
The song order takes you on a journey

I was Inspired by the Essential Mixes over at BBC
When you give top talent
A solid two hours to nerd out
You really get taken some places
And they have such a huge catalog
Some of my favorite mixes of all time are in there

So in that spirit
listen to these tracks in order
to be taken on the journey✨
Then shuffle it afterward
to keep it fresh

These mixtapes offer two different
but complimentary vibes

Water Moccasin is a splinter from my main DnB list
Think of it as the Deep Water edit
Its moody
driving
and very vocal driven
Heavy on gritty NeuroFunk
and some the Tech Step
that predated it
balanced with minimal, ear fuzzy techy two step

Tap Root is dubstep heavy
In more of the middle intensity range
Its the main root that bass music is currently built around
The style that other flavors splinter off from

The Edge is a playlist that combines the two mixtapes
And while they’re two different vibes
They are complementary
And when shuffled
are an easier, less engaged, longer play

I split these flavors into two separate experiences
because that’s how I listen to them
and honestly
some people just don’t like DnB
And we try to forgive them their shortcomings

My Dad was one of those
He thought that jungle sounded like
Rattlesnakes in a cage getting poked with sticks
Which is so vivid, right?
And is the name of my main DnB list

So Water moccasin is a splinter off my main DnB list
Because it sounds badass 🤘🏽🐍
And also terrifying
Venomous snakes + water?
No thank you
Pick a scary line already snakes

And

Make sure to check out the artwork notes
@cittenkibble
To see the illustration video
I always love when illustrators post those
and you get to see my sweater snakes!
