Probably one of the biggest highlights of our trip was stumbling upon this nature preserve with hundreds of birds and turtles. It was incredible!! And stinky 🤣 scroll to the end to see the alligator!! 🐊

Last week we took the kids to South Carolina to show them where we lived when Jackson was born. First stop was Savanah, GA. Then the house Byron and I purchased in 2007.

Every single athlete has a story. Their reason, their why, their purpose is what makes them show up daily. As a coach, I get to see them get better daily. For me it’s beyond the PRs, the sweat and speed improvement. Don’t get it twisted tho, we do that too!

The weight room is just a small glimpse of how hard they work. These dudes are tone setters for whatever they walk into, they have their gifts that make others better. They come in before/after practice, games, lift on vacation, rush to their games right after our session. #staystrong
