Day 1 of Speed Cut Re-installment

This is the most amount of running we will allow for a winter training session. Guys working are 2 weeks removed from their season, and we are easing them back into things. It’s important not to throw guys right back into running full speed routes yet. The body doesn’t need max velocity work right now. We’re rebuilding the platform of breakpoints to ensure quality when we begin running routes in the spring.
