🎙️ I had the pleasure of guest hosting Foul Ball Safety Now with Jordan Skopp!

⚾ We talked about the economics of safety — and why what we don’t know can cost us.

🎧 Take a few minutes to listen — it may change the way you think about safety at the ballpark. I’d love to hear what you think!

Established 2014 for the Underrepresented.
Hollywood reset. There was a three year shelf life for BIPOC opportunities. Jackson Agency started back when there were no opportunities for Black artists. I know exactly what to do. 😉 #explore #opencall #modelscout #athletescout

Let's be honest about how this business has worked: for a long time, talented people were made to feel like they had to beg for a seat at the table. Auditions you couldn't get into. Rooms you couldn't enter. A "no" from people who never even looked. Here's what I believe an agent is actually for — not to guard that gate, but to open it. My whole job is getting overlooked, underestimated talent through doors that used to stay shut. The industry built the lock. I carry the key. If you've got the talent and you're tired of waiting for permission, DM me — let's get you in the room.

Semi-pro hoopers — your game is worth more than what shows up on the scoreboard. Most sports agencies stop at sponsorships and NIL. We don’t. Jackson Agency represents the underrepresented, and we open doors for our athletes that go well beyond the usual playbook — real, paid opportunities you qualify for right now, whether or not you ever go pro. No fees; we only get paid when you do. Want to know what we can actually do for you? DM the word HOOPS and let’s talk.

Women’s sports isn’t “emerging” anymore — it’s accelerating. Female college athletes saw NIL deals jump 123% this year, more than doubling from 2,136 to 4,772, and earning an estimated $300M+ in partnerships. National brands like State Farm, Uber, and EA Sports are all in — and nearly 1,700 of those new deals were with local businesses. The talent was always there; the money is finally following. The athletes who win this moment are the ones who don’t navigate it alone. Follow @tiaunasdesk for the playbook.
