@cj.kgg 120+kg~ 705 x 1 ATPR
Fucking insanity. CJ is one of my longest clients and I am so damn happy he hit this, quite literally was his lifetime goal. Crazy to think a little over 2 years ago his 1RM was only 440 when we started. Time to hit it on the platform.
•
@jacksonalwaysnatty 67.5kg~ 421 x 3 PR
Really clean finish to triples block. Squats are pretty much at old strength, excited to snag PRs through the cycle and hopefully finish with a new 1RM.
•
@chrissysbd 82.5kg~ 420 x 3 PR
Having a bit of a knee issue were dealing with but still came through with another Squat PR. Christian putting together a pretty damn good block with several PRs already.
•
@chad_young01 100kg~ 385 x 3 PR
Squats by far the strongest they’ve been in our time together. Chad’s been smashing PRs left and right, excited to keep stacking wins.
•
@willzz1918 100kg~ 455 x 3 PR
Willie turning into a PR machine. 10lbs under his 1RM for a triple in our first block together. Plan on smashing that old PR next block and hopefully getting close to a 500 pull whenever singles come around.

•
@jacksonalwaysnatty 67.5kg~ 515 x 1 ATPR
Final block with conventional and rounded out a new ATPR. Going to start transitioning back into sumo for his primary work and should see some solid movement forward with deadlifts.
•
@maxthe110kg 110kg~ 484 x 4 PR
The secondary squat day is working its magic. Not only is squat trending in a great direction, but training enjoyment is the highest it’s been. 600 is coming.
•
@fitniktraining 82.5kg~ 391 x 2 PR
Capped the block for pacing and still rounded out with a PR. Bringing a pretty strong total out to Raw Nats in June.
•
@alexmorgan_lifts 90kg~ 363 x 2 PR
The switch to heels and a couple tech adjustments are playing out so well. Excited to push out a new 1RM next.
•
@carter.lifts05 100kg~ 250 x 1 PR
First PR together with in the books. Not too shabby for only being on program for the past 4 weeks. Should be able to go over his touch an go PR next block and start building this total.

•
@maxthe110kg 110kg~ 391 x 1 ATPR
Bench is back to its best. Pretty confident in Max being able to match this this week on the platform. That race to 400 is getting real close to being finished.
•
@manbunalwaysnatty 100kg~ 535 x 1 ATPR
Added 30lbs onto the squat this block with some in the tank like we planned. Prep finished on a pretty high note and we should be good for a great meet this week.
•
@jacksonalwaysnatty 67.5kg~ 266 x 1 ATPR
Little micro PR. All 3 lifts are pretty much back to old strength so singles this block will be interesting to see what we can push out.
•
@ykktom 75kg~ 257 x 1 ATPR
Loaded the micros for the PR lol. Got hit with a pretty fired up glute injury this past week but were slowly getting things dissipated and hopefully in the clear for a quality day of competing.
•
@dylancrocker.11 75kg~ 480 x1 ATPR
A little less than what we were anticipating but still glad we snagged the small PR. Not ruling out a potential 501 3rd if the cards line up properly.
