This isn’t just AAU basketball.

This is opportunity.

Opportunity doesn’t mean much if you aren’t prepared when it comes.

So we’re building a program around one thing:

GET READY.

Get ready to work.
Get ready to compete.
Get ready to be coached.
Get ready to be accountable.
Get ready to develop.

Because talent might open the door…

Preparation gets you through it.

We’ll compete on the Phenom Hoops Circuit.

But the goal is bigger than wins and losses.

Next game.
Next season.
Next level.
Next chapter.

And ultimately…

Life.

We’re not just preparing players to play basketball.

We’re preparing them for what basketball can make possible.

The work starts now.

To my guys,
Today is bigger than basketball.
You walked across that stage as graduates, and nothing will ever top the pride I feel for each of you. Over the years, we celebrated championships, cut down nets, and built a program together. Four regular season championships. Two conference tournament championships. Countless memories that will stay with us forever.

But the greatest accomplishment was never the trophies.
It was the commitment you showed every single day to becoming better students, teammates, leaders, and people. The banners will hang in the gym, but your degrees will open doors for the rest of your lives. That is the real legacy.

Five degrees. Five lives forever changed.
Thank you for the sacrifices, the early mornings, the tough practices, the trust, the resilience, and the love you poured into this program. You gave everything to your teammates and represented our school with pride and class.

I hope you always remember that what made this group special was not just the winning, it was the bond, the culture, and the way you carried yourselves through every challenge and every success together.

No matter where life takes you next, you will always be family.
Congratulations, graduates. I could not be more proud to have coached you.
Love always,
Coach P
