SUMMER 2026 🤝

This summer has been the biggest summer yet.

The most athletes.
The most PRs.
The biggest improvements.

From middle school to college athletes.

Team sessions.
Group sessions.
Camp sessions.

It’s amazing to see the way CHP has grown in 2026, and it’s a testament to the hard work these athletes put in week in and week out.

There’s no hiding hard work.

The athletes who stayed consistent this offseason are really starting to see the results.

And the best part? The work is just starting for most of them.

I love hearing athletes tell me they can feel the difference on the court or on the field. That they’re jumping higher, moving better, feeling stronger or simply feeling more confident in what they can do.

Seeing athletes stay the course and being able to help guide them with things I wish I had as an athlete is one of the most rewarding parts of this job.

Summer 2026 continued to pave the way for CHP and, more importantly, the impact we can have on our athletes 🤝

To every athlete, parent and coach who trusted me to help you get better this offseason — thank you 🙏

Summer was another step forward.

Fall 2026 continues the work. 🧱

CONSISTENCY WINS OUT 🤝

There isn’t a secret to training.

Get in the gym.

Get consistent.

Do the basics well.

Then do them better than everyone else.

Run.

Jump.

Push.

Pull.

Carry.

Keeping it simple is the easy part.

The hard part is showing up day after day.

That’s where results are built.

Consistency over time is the biggest separator in sports.

Consistency over time is the biggest separator in life. 📈

BUILDING BETTER ATHLETES ⬆️

The weight room is a great place to build strength.

The court is where you learn to use it.

Get athletes reaching toward a goal.

Having athletes try to dunk on a lowered rim gives them an external target to attack.

It teaches intent.

It improves timing.

It encourages full effort.

And most importantly…

It’s fun.

When athletes enjoy the process, they compete harder, jump higher, and get more quality reps.

Build capacity in the weight room.

Transfer it on the court. 🤝

Sunday Session 🤝

Athletes need to be coached and challenged to move their body with intent.

This was the end of today’s warmup series with @jacksonmccarthy 💪

Movement matters.
Coaching matters.

The little details add up over time.

A lot of people think because we’re at Pro Training Basketball it’s just basketball.

It’s not.

The weight room isn’t your sport.
It’s what builds your sport.

We don’t replace skill work…
we enhance it.

Stronger. Faster. More coordinated.
More fluid. More capable.

That’s the goal.

No matter the sport…
if you want to improve your output,
this is where it starts.

Coaching matters.

DM to get started or lock in a semi-private spot.

Do you actually know where you stack up…
or are you just guessing?

Come find out how you compare to the competition.
Find out if you’re truly ready to compete at the level you say you want to be at.

Numbers don’t lie.

✅ Get your metrics
✅ Identify your gaps
✅ Build a plan

Middle school. JV. Varsity. College.
There are standards for a reason.

Stop hoping. Start measuring.
Let’s work together and raise the standard. 💪
