🏆❤️🖤 What an amazing way to finish the season! Congratulations to Team Black on winning the annual Red vs Black UC World Series as they wrap up the fall season!

And Joe had a great day at the plate, going 2-for-3 with 2 walks! ⚾️👏 These are the moments and memories that make it all so special. It’s going to be a great 2027 season!

For our main compound movements, we have standards before progressing to the next variation…

Lunging with your bodyweight for AT LEAST 3 reps each leg…

Hands-free SSB with > 1.5 x bodyweight graduates you to…

Hand supported (Hatfield) Reverse Lunge.

Every exercise has an inherent risk vs. reward associated with it. These standards help ensure guys are ready to handle the loads and demand of the next variation before jumping into it blindly.

Frontal plane movements should not be accessories thrown in at the end of a lift to check a box.

This is why they are in our A or B block throughout the course of the year. It is also why we progress them just like any other squatting pattern.

Add a step, increase load, change implements used for loading, etc.

If it is important, treat it as such.
