What a weekend man! USDGC doubles qualifiers and Charolette amateur classic🔥🔥 Special thanks to those who came out to support @jacktearly @kaleenearly @jackrusodiscgolf

Let’s start off with USDGC dubs, me and jack went into this with the mindset to make this our practice round and help us warm up for the tournament up ahead. Not only did we have a great round but came out on top and now have the opportunity to go and show up and out🔥🔥

Round 1 of CAC, playing in MA2 giving me the opportunity to play Bradford twice and Kilborne once, although I was the lowest rated player going into the tournament, I wanted to prove that a rating isn’t everything. I had a rough start to my first round, a solid stretch through the middle and unfortunately some rougher back holes, placing myself a little back from what I wanted to be.

Round 2. I came in with the mindset to capitalize, which I feel I proved here. I tied my personal highest rated round, shooting -4. I had some missed birdie putts, and some unfortunate roll aways, but in general was very proud of how I performed here.

Lastly, Round 3. I had my mom on the bag, which was awesome having someone out there to support me and to show them how it’s done. Now with that said I had a pretty rough front 9, wrapping it up at +4. The one thing I said before this whole tournament, take each hole as a new opportunity. The back 9 was that opportunity. Coming back from +4 to +2 was the greatest feeling, meaning overall I shot even throughout the entire tournament. And I got my revenge on hole 14 with a sweet birdie.

Again, I couldn’t do this without all of the support from my friends and my family. I appreciate you all, and I’m so ready for the next one🙏🏻
