Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone for @jacktilley___ @ 10 years with Baden Civil! 👏

Jack, thank you for a decade of loyalty, dedication and excellence. To say you’re one of the best final trim operators in the industry would be an understatement. Your skill, precision and attention to detail are second to none, but it’s the man behind the controls that we’re most grateful for.

You’re patient, dependable, always willing to lend a hand, and the kind of teammate everyone enjoys working alongside. Our clients have enormous respect for you, and so do we. You take pride in everything you do, you look after our machinery as though it’s your own, and you represent Baden Civil with professionalism every single day.

In an industry where good people are hard to find, people like you are even rarer! We’re incredibly proud to have had you as part of the Baden Civil family for the past ten years. Thank you for everything you’ve contributed to our business, our team and our culture. We genuinely can’t imagine Baden Civil without you Jack!

Here’s cheers to everything you’ve achieved over the last decade 🍻

8 day reef trip for my bucks party didn’t disappoint with weather, beers, memories laughs and fish. 20 blokes some non divers/ fishos to the die hard spearo. Everyone ended up getting good fish with plenty to take home. Cheers to the 20 legends for the trip. So many laughs and memories to share for the rest of our life. Here’s a couple fish:
