One must not think that a person who is suffering is not praying. He is offering up his sufferings to God, and many a time he is praying much more truly than one who goes away by himself and meditates his head off, and, if he has squeezed out a few tears, thinks that is prayer.

The Keeper of the Stars blessed me with the opportunity to take part in a Western American classic: traveling through the Four Corner States with some even better gentlemen I cherish dearly.

Although I really wanted to see them up close, at the end of the day I am very glad I didn’t run into any bears, chetlins, or mountain lions!

Having its ups and downs, this expedition marked the initial events of adulthood, calling for maturity, uncomfortability, and responsibility that ultimately came with some of the most spectacular views as an awesome reward.

Praise God for the trip, and prayers for many more with these guys and others!

The Lord has surely blessed me with such an insightful and amazing first semester of my senior year of high school. After a summer of intense work and sacrifice, the beginning of the senior school year in reality didn’t turn anywhere near the way I wanted to. Lots of goals remained unreached, my health and mentality weakened exceptionally, and my relationship with God came to an all time low. However, through the midst of darkness, Jesus humbled my troubled soul, and reminded me of the true blessings I have around me. And once I took on that mindset around November, yes life may have had its tribulations, nevertheless, I now choose to live life happy and with gratitude. As new goals and hard work lays ahead in 2026, I know that the people present on these slides— and many others who are not, will surely support me as I will them till the end of time.
