Life update: I graduated.... back in spring of 2024

A lot has changed since then. I moved to Maryland/DC for a job doing something that I didn't go to school for. I spent a year learning as much as I could and doing what I knew how to do to the best of my abilities. It paid off as I was promoted to the Assistant Director position this past Fall. I enjoy the work I do, and I get to work with and learn from my best friend. He's also one of two people who inspired me to do video in the first place. There's not much more I could ask for.

I've made new friends, and lots of them. These are connections that I'll hold on to for life, along with the memories we've made together. (Sorry, couldn't tag everyone in the photos)

I've traveled to places I never would've expected to have gone. I wanted to be an auditor out of high school in order to be able to travel for work, but video work turned out to be so much better and more fun.

I had a different look basically every three or four months. I grew a full beard at times, shaved my head completely at others. Looking back on it, I almost don't even recognize myself in my cap and gown. There's been a lot of growth since leaving UConn.

Just to round things off, I want to say thank you to everyone who has made these last 18/19 months so special and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to what the future has in store.

4 years of memories, experiences, growth, and lessons. Thank you to everyone that contributed to any of it. Not entirely sure what comes next, but ready for the next chapter.

Really excited to share a project I’ve been working on for almost 2 months now, as well as some cool footage that didn’t make the final cut. When I first found out about this project over 2 months ago, I bought a new camera, new lights, and planned to push myself as much as I could creatively to make a great video. From the planning & scripting, to coordinating the shoots, and then editing it all together, it has been the most challenging yet rewarding project I’ve ever done.

The biggest thank you goes to @kevinplank96 for bringing me on the project and trusting me to execute his vision for a video that tells the story of @underarmour’s newest backpack. I also couldn’t have done it without @k_mcdermond’s advice, guidance, and feedback throughout the whole process.

Also a big thank you to @themalik.w and @koriedmondson_ for their help on-screen. They both were down to help with anything I asked, no matter how last minute or ridiculous - like running through the halls of ESJ lol.

Lastly, thanks to anyone who helped at all throughout the project or just appeared in a single shot, including @_justynmartin_, @oliviarockstroh, @nolimitd0, @lavainscruggs, @jp0well_, @noah.vasington.media, and anyone else I might have missed.
