I can't thank God enough for calling this amazing team together for this mission. I met some of the most selfless people this week who helped open my eyes on this trip. I can whole heartedly say that every single person called for this mission was there for a reason, and to make an impact on all the beautiful children of Jamaica.

Huge huge thank you to the Jamaica Relief Ministries for the amazing things they do and making the impact on this mission possible.

A new environment and meet setting brings different data points that challenge the athlete. We learn from these experiences and get better….The great thing about this group is how we communicate, work together and grow. It makes for a more enjoyable 5 hour van ride back to YSU. Thank you @_wyattadams for the AWESOME pics, @penguintrev for making it happen (the vaulters so appreciate this) and @brookerasnick for the opportunity to compete at your place…great to be in the same building with one of the best vault coaches in the nation. #ysupv
