You might know him as your chiropractor, but we know him as someone with a half marathon goal 🤝

Take a swipe through to see what testing looks like for someone aiming for a 1:30 half marathon ➡️

We look at the data to see what your body is capable of, apply it to your training, fuelling and hydration - and you walk away with everything you need to achieve your goal 📈

The only thing we don’t do is run it for you 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

So if you’re still leaving your training up to guesswork, drop us a DM today and we’ll change that for you.

More than your swing 🏌️‍♂️

🪤 I’ve always assumed that if I felt tight, I just needed to stretch more.

🪤 I have also been guilty of assuming I need to fix my swing if I’m not seeing the results

But today’s video is a reminder that there’s often more going on than the swing itself.

Working with @jackwchiro , a chiropractor, has given me a much better understanding of the areas that need attention and how some of those limitations could be affecting my golf swing.

It’s not just about stretching (which was always my go to). There are some clear areas I need to strengthen, activate and keep working on, before and after a round.

A useful reminder that sometimes improving your golf starts away from the golf course.

If you’re a golfer who feels like something in your body is limiting your swing, I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with Jack and finding out what’s actually going on.

Your swing might not be the whole story. ⛳️ #golf #chiropractic #golfaddict #golfer #sportpsychology

The hardest part of a golf lesson isn’t the swing change. It’s managing the expectation of immediate results THANK YOU @theladygolfcoach for the words of wisdom.

Yesterday, I caught myself doing exactly what I tell my clients not to do: rushing through a warm-up, chasing an instant outcome, and trying to force a technical fix.

I know that my golf progression is going to rely heavily on the technical, but also on:
1. Physical: Being mobile and strong enough to move how I want to move repeatedly - thank you @jackwchiro
2. Mental: Working on my mental skills and approach to the game AND practice. Process over prize 🏆

If find yourself fighting your swing today, sure there might be technical changes to make, but I wonder how much this is impacted by your physical preparation and your mental state.

I am so grateful! Taking on this big challenge pushed me to places I’d never been before.

I could not have done it without the amazing love and support from the true friends & family who did step up. Thank you for your support and believing in me every step of the way through my challenge.

You might have noticed that Catherine has updated her surname! #DrPerry!
We were delighted to celebrate her marriage to Ryan a few weeks ago 🤍 We actually knew Ryan and his Dad a long time before Catherine ever met him, with Tim and Amy having treated him for various football injuries ⚽️
So it was special for us to celebrate the two of them in the beautiful @elmhaypark_weddings 💕 Tim even performed the Master of Ceremonies role 🎤 keeping the speeches flowing and announcing the new Mr and Mrs Perry 🤍

Children welcome to your Appointment 🙌🏼
The team are enjoying the air conditioning a bit too much we think 😝 We know that lots of the schools are closed today, so remember you can bring your kids along with you to join us in the fridge *ahem* clinic! There is space for them to sit in the room with you or they can wait in the cool gym 🙌🏼

Who’s watching England tonight?!
We’ve worked with some brilliant football teams over the years, but we think this squad might be our favourite 🤍

The Cleve team are backing England tonight as they take on Croatia. So if you think we are in need of a coffee tomorrow morning that might be why!

Come on England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🙌🏼
