If you want to be a good power lifter you’re going to need a lot of muscle, and your non-competition lifts are where most of your muscle growth will come from. If you want to be the biggest and strongest you can be you need to take your accessory exercises seriously. You don’t need crazy amounts of volume, instead focus on putting a good hard effort into a few sets. Keep training hard!
