POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I know September is almost over, but there’s still time for me to share my story. 🫶🏻

I’m Jaclyn, and I live with bipolar II disorder, a very challenging mental health condition.

Because of this, I am no stranger to depression and the darkness that can come with it.

Last September, when I was struggling so deeply, I went for a walk and found a rock that saved my life. It reminded me to keep going, reminded me that I mattered, and gave me the strength to keep fighting, one day at a time.

And that’s how The Love Rocks Project was born. I felt the power of love and support that can come from such a tiny but meaningful gesture, and I wanted to keep that love flowing forward. ❤️

So thank you for being here! Supporting others is so important. Learning about mental health is so important. Taking care of ourselves and the people we love… so important.

Love you all so much. 🫶🏻

If you could choose one of these rocks to find on a hard day… which one would you need most?

Something to remind you to breathe?
To slow down?
To keep going?

Comment the one that speaks to you, we’d love to hear!

These little rocks are part of something bigger:
A mission to spread love, share kindness, and offer support to those who need it most. Because mental health matters, and even small reminders can make a real difference.

AND we’re so excited to share that The Love Rocks Project will be at our first market this Saturday! (April 25th)
@washingtonfarmersmarket

Come paint with us, take a rock if you need one, or leave one for someone else 🩷

So sad to see good friends leave, but grateful I could help them get their home sold quickly and fairly in a market where many homes are still sitting. Proud of how this one came together and excited for what’s next for them.

Onward to the next chapter. 💛 @nicbottdesign @jaclynnbott

To the person who finds this rock:

Please know that you are enough, exactly as you are. You don’t have to prove your worth to anyone, you are worthy just by being you. You contain more worth inside of you, simply for existing, than you could ever imagine.

I hope you know how loved you are: by the stars, by the moon, the earth. All of the forces that surround you and support you. They are cheering you on and strengthening you every single day, every step you take.

You are never alone, and you are so, so loved ❤️

To the person who finds this rock,

Wherever you are on your journey, you are doing a good job. Your efforts, although they might feel small at times, are enough. Taking a single step forward and pressing on, that is enough. Surviving one single moment at a time, that is enough.

You are enough.

And if your heart is heavy, please don’t give up. You are stronger than you know, even on the days you don’t want to be strong anymore, you can and you will get through this.

One day at a time, one moment at a time, one breath at a time. Keep going ❤️

🎶 “She rises, she glows…” 🎶

Some seasons ask everything of us…
this one has been full of trials, lessons 🌿
and moments that pushed me to my limits

Through it all
I’ve kept showing up
trusting the journey
stepping forward in faith
finding 𝐬𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 🙏🏼🕊️

This photo is a reflection of that 🪞
coming back home to myself
leading myself first
so I can continue 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧

and yes… even a new look ✨
