Shout out to these groovy gals who swang through Phoenicia yesterday to catch a big dose of my breathless enthusiasm for our little hamlet! We tromped the length of the town and I chatted about @phoeniciafestivalofthearts @phoeniciafilmfestival @phoeniciaplayhouse @phoeniciafarmersmarket @shandakennyparksandrec and @menlaretreat and shared my vision of creating a beautiful arts center and creative community headquarters for the arts! Always sharing the vision! Making it happen!! 🙌🤩🙌

today’s the day! @mutualspod is officially live on spotify.

this project was born out of feeling debilitatingly stuck and wanting to challenge myself to get over all the little things that have always held me back. hating the sound of my voice. cringing from seeing myself on video. god forbid my arms look big.

at the start of this journey, it became clear how insecure I was. hiding behind my hair. nodding incessantly. fidgeting. replaying every conversation and wondering if I was making a total fool of myself.

but maybe the only thing worse than embarrassing ourselves is letting our fears call the shots.

lately, I’ve been thinking… what if the most impressive thing I could do for myself is stop trying so hard to be impressive? what if extraordinary is simply embracing the beauty of being an ordinary person? what if, instead of worrying what others think, I let people misunderstand me?

if nothing else, this project gave me a reason to slow down on my favorite couch with some of the sweetest and coolest people I know and remind myself that if they’re willing to share this space with me, then maybe there’s space for me after all.

We had the best time celebrating our girl! Thank you to all that helped one way or the other. This year in general has taken a village 💖

45 weeks of Lily 🌸🩷

Lily is on the move! She is really quick with her “crawl”, having one foot always propped up (she really wants to walk!)

This week, she celebrated her Dada’s birthday and took him golfing, said goodbye to her aunties, picked flowers in a field, took her dogs to the beach, and discovered her love for donuts. It was a good week!

We love you, our girl!

44 weeks of Lily 🌸🩷

This holiday season was beyond sweet. Watching Lily love all the lights, music, food, people, it was the best. 🫶🏼

This week was a big one! She celebrated Christmas and brought in her first New Year.

She met up with her bestie for a walk by the river, hung out with our favs @bloomandbonding to walk the beaches, and got in lots of family time. 💖

We love you so much, Lily!!
