In a lifetime of serious interaction, we choose to keep things Casual. Welcome to a collection of stories from the American West.

We will never be a media company. In fact, our goal is to de-influence you and remind you of what makes this Land so special. It’s vast valleys, magnificent peaks, and
and the rivers and highways that run through this country like veins.

Our name is a juxtaposition to the modern day landscape. There is nothing Casual about Media these days. It’s far from it. Over editing, fake personalities, and divisive content has warped our view of reality and of who we are.

Our production is unpolished, imperfect, and unencumberd. Just the way we are. Just the way we were intended to be. All you’ll find here is a collection of stories from the Highway as we chase the Horizon and the Hymns sang along the way.

We create things for us, by us, inspired by the places around us. We only produce what we love.

What’s next? We have no idea. And we’d like to keep it that way.

Big week in Austin!

Beyond Biohacking 2026 was one for the books.

🔥 60 team members together in one place!
🚀 Launched our upgraded @ammortal_official user experience
🧠 Connected with some of the brightest minds in health, recovery, and longevity
🧖‍♂️ Sauna sessions
🧊 Cold plunges
🍽️ Great meals
😂 Lots of laughs
🤝 Even better people

The conference was amazing, but the best part was spending quality time with the team and building the future together.

March - What a month… I love my friends.
Race recap and reflection:
Mile 9.
Sitting 4th/5th in the front group. Feeling good. Locked in.
A famous technical section—Waterfall—is coming up.

I pick my line.
BANG.

Pedal clips a rock.
I slam hard into the rock garden beneath me.

Blood on the rocks. Blood on my bike.
Thumb torn open.
Both arms. Both legs. Bleeding.
Everything aching.

First thought:
“My race is over.”

Then—ADRENALINE.
Pure, powerful, unstoppable.
I can still ride.

Somewhere in the distance…
“You need a med kit?”

Game changer.

5 minutes later, the bleeding slows.
The pain doesn’t.

New thought:
Finish. Make the cutoff.

Hammer time.

Every bump hurts.
I can’t move my thumb.
The trail is brutally technical.
My whole body is screaming.

Miles pass.

I want it to stop.

Then something shifts…

Pain.
What can be learned from it?

I love it here. I hate it here.
I am Smiling. I am Laughing.
I love the world. I love nature. I love people. I love bikes.

Just keep moving forward.
It will end.

Smooth is fast.
Eat. Drink. Don’t crash.

~50 miles later—

Course marshal ahead.

“Stop. Your race is over. You missed the cutoff by 2 minutes.”

Relief.
Disappointment.
Gratitude. 🫶🏼

Treat pain and discomfort with curiosity.
There’s always something to learn.
