FIRST BODYBUILDING SHOW COMPLETE 🗡️🏆🎮

Holy BALLS. I don’t have words to illustrate JUST how much today meant to me!!! I have been dreaming of doing a bodybuilding show since I first stepped foot in the gym and, despite all the medical complications, the overwhelming fear, and the impossibilities along the way, I made 15-year-old-me’s dream a reality today. 🥹

Open Class B: 5th place out of twelve super jacked experienced competitors!!!

None of this would have been possible without my amazingly beautiful wife and best friend Leilani. She cooked every single dinner for me the last 4 weeks so I could focus on prep and my transition to full rime content creator without a single complaint. She was and is my BIGGEST supporter, my rock, and the entire reason I felt as confident as I did on that stage today. Thank you SO MUCH for being everything I could ever want and need babygirl: the medals I’m holding are medals WE won together and I am so unfathomably grateful for your love and companionship ❤️

A huge thank you to my coach @patrickreyn0lds who has been a source of inspiration since I first followed him 4 years ago. He made every moment of this prep and show day memorable and encouraged + guided me every step of the way graciously. Truly an incredible coach and an even better person 🤝

Thank you to @christopherbarnett for teaching me the ways of his masterful posing these last few months. I firmly believe my placement in the Open B class (most competitive class!) was entirely because of the presentation I was able to display from his expertise. He’s excellent and knows exactly what he’s doing!

Last but certainly not least thank you to my parents, friends, and family - most of which flew 3,000 miles just to see me fulfill this selfish lifelong dream of mine.

To my parents: thank you not only for the excellent X frame you bestowed upon me lol, but for your CONSTANT love and support not only during this show but my entire life. I am BEYOND lucky to have such incredible role models - you have taught me precisely what unconditional love looks like and I am so thankful for both of you ❤️

Maddie’s Senior Trip was the best way to end off an amazing summer as a family! So many milestones this year for our family and spending the week together on a cruise 🚢 was more than we could have imagined…we laughed, played, ate, dressed up, sunned, relaxed, played with dolphins 🐬, wrestled, sang, and so much more!!!

Happy Father’s Day to my amazing husband, Scott.

One of the greatest joys of my life has been being your wife and being the mother of our four sons. There is no one in this whole wide world I would rather have by my side as we prayed for our boys, trained them, laughed with them, and loved them.

We’ve built our own little Arnold culture through the years. From passing on your love of 80’s rock bands, 80’s movies, Lumpy Dip, park days filled with holding the boys upside down by their feet and taking them down the slide—otherwise known as “flushing the toilet”—to being the dad they all know is only a phone call away in any emergency, you have always been steady, present, and all in. Though most of the world sees you as a man of few words…we know the other side! You are filled with wisdom, a great listener, a processor, filled with wisdom, strength, and character. You don’t just lead with words, you lead with the way you live and conduct your life.

But what is most on my heart this Father’s Day is this: when we got married, neither of us was walking with God. What a joy it has been to watch you not only surrender your life to Jesus, but to continue growing into the man He created you to be. I have watched the Lord deepen your wisdom and discernment, strengthen your loyalty, and expand your capacity to love. God used marriage and fatherhood to move your heart to His.

And now, watching you step into the role of father-in-law with the same humility, grace, and devotion has been one more reminder that God is good and He is faithful. His Word is true. It’s not how we start—it’s how we finish.

I thought life was amazing in the beginning, but as I get older, I’m discovering that it just keeps getting better and better. Some of the things that move me most are the things God has done in our lives that we never could have fathomed or imagined when we were young.

I love you, Scott Arnold. I love that you are the father of our sons and the father-in-law to our daughters-in-law. And no matter how old our boys get, you will forever and always be “Daddy” in this house.

Happy Father’s Day, Daddy. ❤️

An incredible weekend celebrating Kayla and Jacob! I can’t believe the day has already come and gone but I also am so thankful for every moment of the journey of getting ready for this most special occasion. Kayla and Jacob have such a deep love for the Lord, one another and the people around them and their wedding showed. She was absolutely beautiful and radiated joy as she married Jacob who literally said her walking down the aisle took his breath away 🥲 I am so excited for their journey ahead and so thankful for all of those that supported us all throughout this journey. I know Kayla and Jacob will do far more for the Lord together than they ever could alone. I am overwhelmed with emotions and overjoyed with the love and support of my friends and family! Congratulations Mr and Mrs Arnold 💗
