POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

another lap around the sun 😎🎉

without a doubt best one of my life too

living life down under with my Aussie best mates 🇦🇺

a stint in Bali with the same lads…

who got me riding a moped for the first time in my life

and drinking more piss than i could’ve imagined

you bunch of mad c*nts😉

my first ever 16 week photoshoot prep.

with a fucking wicked weekend in Marbella to finish it.

and a return to Ibiza after over 2 years…

clearly wasn’t ready to leave though🤷🏽‍♂️

2 missed flights and 48 hours straight through

all while going all in on Project Zero.

meeting 10+ of the lads in person.

helping 4 of them take on their own photoshoot journeys.

whilst investing into courses and coaches to become the best i can

achieving more life changing transformations than i could have ever imagined

in the space of less than 2 years as a coach.

when I look back at the last 12 months

it’s been fucking crazy.

best part?

i’m just getting started.

big thank you to all of the people in this post

and also to some of you that didn’t make it too

you know who you are

i could only squeeze 20 photos in here

24 years old

where did time go🤦🏽‍♂️

👉 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 👈

@jacobhsmith

40 weeks of work with Big Jacob!

Shoutout for the effort he has put in over the last 10 months.

Most over estimate what can be done in 4 weeks, but under estimate what can be done in 40!

Just wait and see what another 40 weeks does💪

The seed has been planted 🫡

Huge shoutout to @harry_mckeon for putting on an absolute clinic @icn_wa

What an experience to watch this man absolutely dominate his first show taking gold in every single class

Also a big ups to @tomglasfurd for not only helping him bring his best package, but for taking us along the journey too 🫡

@icn_wa see you in a couple of years.. 🤷🏽

ICN SEASON B STATE TITLES 💪

@harry_mckeon

Big congratulations to my boy Harry for showcasing a high-quality physique and standard for his first-time competition.

🏆 OVERALL

Couldn’t be prouder. The results speak for themselves, but what stood out most was the relentless work ethic, discipline, and effort he poured into every single day of prep. Massive achievement for his first show, and this is only the beginning, big future ahead for this guy!

Week 20/24 boxed off✍🏼

Active Rest🚶🏽‍♂️

This week i stayed away from the gym (it was tough).

After 8-10 weeks of training non stop i notice that i start waking up a lot earlier and can’t get back to sleep which grinds my gears.

Alongside this my motivation to train and work goes down.

Clear signs that i either need to deload or take a week off, which i’ve done here.

Going balls out in the gym is the way to go but if you can’t recover, it’s unproductive.

Time out of the gym meant i could double down on work and hit the sauna a couple of times🧘🏼‍♂️

Nutrition🥑

Training Day
4000KCAL / 250P / 625C / 50F

Rest Day
3780KCAL / 250P / 525C / 65F

I’m now going into a 2 week holding phase before i strip back for 8 weeks.

Literally just had to order some new tops for the month because i don’t fit into my old ones atm…

Back in the gym this week, let’s go🤜🏼
