Fuck "insert large buisness card making company here" .
My lawyer has informed me that I should state that this is all a joke and in my opinion not a matter of fact and purely hypothetical statement of opinion on a large money grabbing company 😉

Real talk. They prey on new businesses who have no money and flog them thousands of cards at mad prices because they know you don't know any better. That's the whole model. Squeeze the folk who can least afford it.

So I'm making business cards now. For a handful of small local companies. Not to make money. It takes me an hour to make about 23 of them, so trust me, this is not a money spinner. It's me giving back to the local businesses I already work with on the SEO side.
Minimum order is 50. (It's actually 48 because that's what fits on a sheet, but 50 is easier to say.)

8p per card flat fee ❤️

Here's the bit I care about. These are biodegradable. No paints. No chemicals. No plastic. No bleach. Nothing. Just Kraft card, laser cut, simple as that.
Every business card ends up in the bin eventually. Same with packaging. I know that sounds daft coming from the guy making them, but it's true. So if it's getting binned anyway, may as well make one that does the planet a favour on the way out, instead of sitting in landfill wrapped in plastic film and weird paint.

Stay classy and remember Make Waste Useful

Let me know your thoughts does craft card look nice for buisness cards?

Had the chance to meet the guy behind Jacobite Solutions and honestly, what a genuinely lovely bloke. It's always great meeting people who are passionate about what they do, and that definitely came across.
If you're into camping, military surplus, bushcraft, survival gear, outdoor adventures, or just love browsing interesting kit, I'd highly recommend checking out Jacobite Solutions. They've got a great range of equipment and the level of knowledge and customer service is exactly what you'd hope to find from an independent business.
It's easy to shop with big online retailers, but businesses like this are what keep local outdoor communities thriving.
If you're in Aberdeen, go pay them a visit. If not, check out their online store and give them some support.
