I couldn’t have written a better ending if I tried.
Down 3-1 starting the third - come back and tie it up - and head to OT.
After our goalie absolutely stood on his head against some incredible shots, the kid that made me fall in love with this sport took it all the way for the game winner 🏆.

What started as “just helping out” almost a decade ago turned into some of the best years.

I’ve made the most incredible friends at this rink.

I’ve learned valuable lifelong lessons that I’ve also turned around and tried to instill in the kids I’ve coached.

I’ve shared a bond with my son and nephews, as well as my sister who assisted me for years, that most will never truly understand. 💙

But most of all I’ve gained some extra kids. Oh the things I’ve heard on that bench. The love I have for these kids and the sport I can’t even put into words.
I will have the words soon, I promise there will be more because I have a lot to say.

But for now - I’m officially retired 🥰🥰🥰

Going to be celebrating alot of “my kids” the next few weeks 🥰

Great day celebrating Matt’s graduation this week. It’s hard to remember when this kid became one of my favorite humans but he has made all my years of hockey so much fun.

Congratulations Matt ! So proud of you 😊

Longest season ever

Love these kids and coaching them. They make it all worth the long nights

I normally say it’s my last season but I’m hanging in for Jake’s last fall! So see you all then !
