Oh my sweet baby boy, how you’ve grown in just a year! Happy Sweet 16 to my dark haired, blue eyed, handsome baby boy who is now a very handsome young man! What happened?!?! You grew up over night! You bring so much laughter and joy to our lives. There is never a dull moment with you, EVER! You also have a heart of absolute gold and those you love know that they are truly loved. At age 16, you love your Mom and even still when I threaten to come sit in class with you, you get excited like it’s a good thing 😳😬🤣. I love that you don’t care what others think as much as you care about doing what is good and right. You’ll give up being a cool kid to do the not so cool thing when it’s the right thing to do every single time. You’ll always look out for those that need looking out for and never turn a blind eye. I love your need/want to help the less fortunate even when it means you’ll give your very last penny to do so. You make me so incredibly proud to be your Mom! Keep being you baby boy, I love the you that you are! Happy 16th Birthday, Jacob! I love you to the moon and back! P.S. Slow down! My heart can’t take it!
