Stop letting husband/wife tell you “it’s up to their spouse”. Ask this question to get a little more engagement and then schedule a time to go back and explain it to the other #solicitingwelcome #d2d

Big numbers are impressive. Building a company capable of repeating them is the real achievement.

September was another step forward for SpartanX.

10.3 megawatts sold.
$34.1 million in sales revenue.
$8.3 million in commissions.
11.11 kW average system size.
65% realization rate.

But these numbers represent more than a month on a scoreboard.

They represent thousands of conversations, doors knocked, appointments run, projects managed, problems solved, systems improved, and people across every department executing their role.

Because growth at this level isn’t created by one person having a great month.

It happens when an entire organization starts moving in the same direction.

And the goal was never to have one record breaking month. The goal is to keep building the people, technology, operations, and infrastructure that make months like this the standard.

September showed us what’s possible.

Now Q4 is about creating even more separation.

Built to scale. Built to deliver. And still building.

Brian has been crushing it all month and has taken the top spot as the #1 setter in the office. Pennsylvania is starting to learn his name 🙌🏽

Your first month doesn’t have to be a warm up.

Tengis came into SpartanX ready to work and his first 30 days showed exactly what can happen when opportunity meets execution.

10 deals.
120.95 kW.
Month one.

But numbers like these aren’t just something to celebrate. They’re a reminder that being “new” doesn’t have to mean thinking small.

You can spend your first few months watching, waiting, and telling yourself you’re still figuring it out, or you can learn the system, lean into the training, get uncomfortable, and start building momentum immediately.

The resources matter. The environment matters. The people around you matter.

But eventually, someone still has to execute.
Tengis did.

And the exciting part isn’t what he accomplished in his first month. It’s realizing that this is only his starting point.

Congrats, Tengis. Hell of a rookie month.
10 deals. 120.95 kW. And we’re just getting started.

Experienced closers don’t just need a better comp plan. They need a better machine behind them.

There’s a point in your sales career where the question changes from “How much can I make per deal?” to “What environment gives me the best opportunity to consistently win?”

That’s what we’ve been building at SpartanX.

⚔️ Spartan Leads puts double confirmed appointments directly onto your calendar so you can spend more time doing what you do best: closing.

⚔️ The SpartanX Proposal gives homeowners more clarity and gives closers a better framework for building confidence, setting expectations, and creating cleaner deals.

⚔️ #1 in install quality means you can sell knowing the experience after the signature matters just as much as the close.

⚔️ M1s with no clawbacks means when you earn it, you keep it.

⚔️ Optimus gives you transparency into your pay instead of leaving you wondering where your money stands.

And when you sit down with a homeowner, you’re backed by a company with an A+ BBB rating, 1,000+ Google reviews, and a 4.9 star rating.

Great closers will find a way to produce almost anywhere.

But put a great closer behind the right technology, leads, operations, reputation, and systems, and the ceiling changes.

You already know how to sell. Now get behind the right machine.

We didn’t go to Costa Rica to escape the work. We went there to build what comes next.

Better leaders. Higher standards. Bigger vision. One mission. One Spartan.

The next version of SpartanX starts now. Done Next.

Exactly the same weight I was when I left for Costa Rica.

Travel doesn’t have to mean going backwards.

Different country. Different food. Different routine. Long flights. Less control.

But the standards stay the same.

I don’t expect perfection. I expect consistency.

At 53, staying in shape isn’t complicated.
Train. Walk. Eat properly. Keep your standards high.

Your environment can change. Your standards don’t have to.

Celebrate the win. Then ask: what’s next?

We have an idea we call “Done Next.”

It means we absolutely celebrate the victories. We recognize the work, appreciate the people beside us, and take a moment to enjoy what we’ve accomplished.

Sometimes that moment looks like a boat in Costa Rica.

But we don’t live there.

The second the celebration is over, our attention turns forward. What can we improve? What can we build? What can we innovate? What’s the next standard we can set?

Because yesterday’s win can’t become tomorrow’s comfort zone.

We’re proud of how far SpartanX has come, but we’re far more excited about where we’re going. Every milestone is proof that we’re capable of more, not permission to slow down.

Win. Celebrate. Done. Next.

Enjoy the view, appreciate the moment, then get back to building something even bigger.
