Taupo postcards ☀️

It took a few try's from Logan to get a pool pic with Jacob that I didn't hate, but we got there in the end 😅

Probably the best chocolate fondant I'll ever have...

Spolier we won 😎

Nibbles by the water while Jacob was on a run

Huka Falls, be rude not to

Again, probably the best dumpling I'll probably ever have

Camp-site with the boys

The only time you'll get me watching rugby is in a pool with a swim up bar...

Craters on the moon, much sweat was shed on a hot sunny day walking around super hot geo thermal craters

Your weekly mileage tells me everything I need to know about you 🏃‍♂️and I know it’s in KM’s but kilometrage sounded weird 💁‍♂️

Find your range and prepare to feel either very seen or mildly attacked 👀

How many km are you running this week?

And tag ya mate who thinks 100km a week is “just a bit of running” 💀

The Reason behind why I am organising a New Years Eve run in Christchurch, New Zealand 🇳🇿 and not in my home town of Wellington this year…

This is going into a new realm of work for your man. But it is gonna be so much fun and just an awesome way to start the new year 🫡

If you can share @thefirstracenz with your friends and family, run clubs and anyone else you think might want to do this! It would be awesome and wouldn’t go unnoticed 🙌🏼🔥

Much love!
Bosh

Parkrun: to chat or send it? This week was a bit of both!

Successfully indoctrinated two more into the cult that is parkrun. Welcome @bee.rose.b and Dylan!

Paced a friend @jl.fr to a shiny new parkrun PB… I was genuinely more excited than when I get my own 😂 congrats to Dylan on his PB too!

Lovely to catch up with @pip_moves before Tekapo and @jacobonruns on his current tour of the local Christchurch parkruns.

Best way to start the weekend 🙌

It was a chilly start in Scarborough this morning, but we warmed up pretty quickly once we got moving 😊

Today was @iola133’s last NZ parkrun before heading home tomorrow (safe travels!) and @jacobonruns first parkrun… of many, I’m sure. (if you don’t know, parkrun is basically Pringles, you can never stop at just one)

The boardwalk was an ice rink, but vibes were warm, and when you’ve got good company and a solid yarn, 5km flies by! (my current backyard ultra game plan is just chat to everyone to pass the time)

It was so lovely to meet @kylie._.jessica in person too. The running community really is something special. Can’t bloody get enough of it!

Also shoutout to the parkrun photographer - the high quality pics are taken from the Scarborough parkrun facebook page 👌

Happy Birthday to my person.
Your commitment to the things you care about is one of my favourite things about you. You show up fully in your career, your goals, and especially for me!
Thank you for carrying me when life felt heavy and for making me laugh everyday.

It might be Valentine’s Day, but today has always been yours my Jacob.

I love you, Mya xox
