The racers were flying this weekend at the @jacobs_well_classic!

The tough competition paired with a challenge course led some exciting racing and close finishes, but the strongest riders of the day @susie.mar and @evan_bausbacher took on the hills and claimed their wins solo.

Strong showing this weekend from the Meteorites, with big results in both California and Texas. ☄️

🇺🇸 California — San Ardo Road Race / California State Road Race Championships

The 50–54 squad put four riders in the top 10. Just five miles in, @mrmarktucker initiated a two-man break that stayed away for the remaining 59 miles, with Mark taking the state title.

🥇 Mark Tucker
🥉 @thegriffraff — making an immediate impact in his first race with the team
4️⃣ @divineinfx
7️⃣ @millerjames2002

In the 60–64 race, @jeromenadel survived the famously “great roads” 😄 and added another championship to his collection. 🥇

🤠 Texas — @jacobs_well_classic

Back in Wimberley, TX a strong combined 40/50/60 field saw @coachwillyross take a well-deserved 2nd place in the 50s, backed by a solid Meteor contingent throughout the race. 🥈

Great racing on both coasts and another strong weekend for the team. ☄️

It's (un)official. Help us determine the GOAT of Texas hill climbers this Sunday at the @jacobs_well_classic.

With a course record of 6:14 set by Zach Gregg in 2020, we feel the time is right to declare a new champion. Will you be the first to set a new record?

Come early, stay late, and get loud in the fan zone on Fulton Ranch rode

Austin, don't think we forgot your favorite packet pickup. We'll see you on Thursday night from 7-8:30 pm down at Pinthouse Pizza on South Lamar. Grab your numbers and stay for a slice. We'll see you there!
