Today marks the start of year 7 as a licensed real estate agent in Texas and what a journey it’s been.

I’ve navigated markets with record-low inventory and others with an overwhelming surplus. I’ve helped clients win in interest rates in the 2s… and also strategize through rates climbing into the 8s. I built my business through the challenges of COVID, adapted to massive waves of relocation from out of state to even out of the country while continuing to serve clients right here at home moving just across town.

From helping someone secure their very first lease… to guiding others through the purchase of multimillion-dollar properties every experience has shaped me.

Throughout these years, I’ve worn many hats: independent agent, team lead, mentor, and recruiter. Each role has pushed me to grow, sharpen my skills, and show up better for the people I serve.

And this is just the beginning.

I’m excited for what’s ahead, the opportunities, the lessons, the growth and most importantly, continuing to help YOU find your dream home or next investment.

Let’s make it happen!! 🏡💫

You’ll miss every 2026 goal if you keep doing this one thing.

Having a servant heart and complaining don’t go together.
Having goals and complaining don’t go together.

I watch agents do this all the time.
They serve…
They lead…
They “grind”…
And then they post subtle little jokes about how hard it is.

But here’s the truth:

When you complain about what you’re doing, you start counting the cost.
And the moment your subconscious starts counting the cost, it outweighs the goal.
It takes you out before you even know it.

That’s why people miss their goals.
That’s why servant leaders burn out.
That’s why agents stall out in Survival instead of compounding into Success and Significance.
If you want to hit every 2026 goal, stop counting the cost.

Victory isn’t about easy.
It’s about the hard.
That’s why runners cry at 26.2 miles. That’s why real leaders break down on stage.
Because they earned it.
Stop chasing easy wins — they don’t change you.
The victory is in the pain, the discipline, the fight to keep going when it hurts.
📅 My calendar link is in the first comment below.
Let’s build something real.

Struggling to get reviews on your Google Business Page?

Here’s one trick that helped me scale to over 85+ FIVE star reviews (and counting 😉)

I call it the “Power of the Personal Ask” - instead of automating your review requests - reach out to your past clients directly and ask for the review! Closed mouths don’t get fed and it’s no different than you asking to be their trusted real estate advisor.

I’ll take it one step further and claim it’s also “how” you ask for the review. Check the difference between the two asks:

“Can you leave me a google review so I can grow my business?”

“Can you leave me a google review so I can help more people in our community?”

Can you spot the difference? As Zig Ziglar most famously said: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.”

Try these tips and watch your response rate improve 📈

Another fantastic event with fantastic people. Real estate entrepreneurs from all over the metroplex were able to get together under one roof and just…CHILL! This industry is not the faint of heart so it feels good to take off the work hat and kick it with others who walk the same line as you. We are building something big here and you’re invited!

This isn’t our first event and definitely won’t be the last so let me know if you are interested in our upcoming events.
