Super fun time! Very emotional and very draining but a blast!!! From having a huge tree fall on hole seven’s tee pad at Iriqouis park to battling the humidity second day at Charlie Vettiner…there was a whirl wind of emotions!! I had great card mates and caddies!!! Playing with the ladies that I did all weekend, was amazing! We danced and laughed and cried and had so much fun…all while I was having anxiety all in the same bit! There are more pictures to come!!! I could only fit so much…you’ll just have to wait and see what I post next! 😝🫶🏽😘🤗 Love ya, if you didn’t know already! Have a good day and talk to ya soon!!! #discgolfgirls #charlievettineropen2026 #dgfun #lovinglife #allofthediscgolffun

🥶❄️Winter series Heartland championship!!🥏🥏🏆 We all came out to play this past Saturday. We had a great time chopping it up!! Christie was playing so well!!! I was there to practice my forehands….as you can see in the videos, they weren’t going that great. It’s totally fine. Practice makes better and I’m going to keep at it. I was definitely off my form. I added a walk up that weekend and I probably need to focus on one thing first…what do you all think?!?! Either way, I actually didn’t play too horribly. I was only 6 over par!!! I think that’s pretty good…second round was a little worse. I think my arm was tired. I didn’t really keep score so I’m not really sure how bad or how well I did. The second round was a skins match and being the only one in my division, I won. 🙌🏽🤪 I was really out there to practice my forehands. Anyway, we have the Tennessee women’s tournament coming up on Saturday!! Ed and I get to celebrate our birthdays!!! Yup, yours truly turns one year older on Thursday!! I don’t feel old at all! I’m 18 at heart….probably more like 5 🤣🤣 Anyway, I hope y’all have a good day and thank you for checking in on me! 🎟️ I’ll be on here Thursday to draw for the winner of the birthday bourbon!!! 🥃 Love y’all… just in case nobody has told you today!!! Talk to you soon!! 🤗🫶🏽😘💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 #heartlandwinterserieschampionship #maythekabalbewithyou #discgolfgirls #playhardpracticehard🥏 #discgolflife

On Saturday October 12th the Louisville Ladies hosted our first tournament in our Drive to USWDGC Tournament Series! This fundraiser series will raise money to pay the entry fee for our local ladies and surrounding community to attend USWDGC 2025. The tournament was a total success and completely full! My heart is exploding with the level of participation and support. We had so much fun and raised $610!!! That’s the entry fee for 4 women! I LOVE these ladies! We will be hosting monthly tournaments and are working to solidify and release upcoming dates and locations, so keep a look out! Special thanks to my co-leader on this adventure @krisfreeze123 … you are a rockstar and I am so grateful to be on this journey with you! Thank you to our incredible sponsors for supporting this! A good friend and die hard disc golf fan Kristinn Freyr Krisstinson came in strong with his support all the way from ICELAND! 🇮🇸 🤯 Give him a follow on instagram @stinnster 😃 see if we can get him to come down to Kentucky for one of our tournaments. Thank you to Ryan and our friends at @unionsquarediscgolf all the way up in New Hampshire for supporting this series and believing in what we are doing here in Kentucky! Thank you to @discgolfmartna for their partnership for payouts and beyond! Thanks to all of those that participated and donated to sponsor our ladies! Shout out to @derby_city_disc_golf for throwing down $150 during the players meeting to pay the entry fee of one of our women! More photos from the tournament to come!

First win 🏆 Today I won my first tournament for the FA4 division. I have to thank my @louisville.ladies.discgolf group for all the support and encouragement over the season that helped strengthen my confidence and play in this sport. Huge shoutout to @krisfreeze123 and @morning.rove for putting together this tournament. These ladies are amazing amongst the 502 disc golf community and I can’t thank them enough for everything they do! Shoutout to my amazing husband @spalmer502_34 , who introduced me to the sport. He truly is my biggest supporter and biggest fan. I am so glad he pushed me out of my introvert comfort zone to meet up with these ladies and just play a round one night.. who knew I’d call these ladies my friends and family now 🤍 Overall, today felt really rewarding and well deserved. I now know what I’m capable of when I play smart, take my time and just go with the flow 🤘 #pdgawomen #pdga #tournament #womenofdiscgolf #discgolfcommunity
